CRISIS HOTLINE PRIVACY POLICY: Signs will be posted with the REAF Crisis Hotline number for calls or texts for assistance.  The staff member on duty will set up an appointment to meet in person as soon as possible within the event. For each incoming contact through the REAF Crisis Hotline, a paper record (Incident Report) will be filed and shared only with the REAF Crisis Management Team.

If incoming contact is made through text, the attendee has opted-in to using text. Tthe trained staff person on call will reply by text. Texting may not be an entirely secure method of communication. Text messages will only be sent in response or as a follow-up to the attendee's request. Msg & data rates may apply. Type HELP for help, STOP to cancel/opt-out.

PLAYROOM PRIVACY POLICY: Participants are initially vetted for REAF Playrooms through club membership or educational classes provided by REAF. The following information is stored on a local computer (not cloud based storage): playroom participants' last name, first name, swing verified status, or dungeon verified status. REAF does not store individual's fetlife or SLS profiles, scene names, or club membership information. You may remove your name from this list by emailing susie@rochestereroticartfest.org.

TICKETING PRIVACY POLICY: Answers to lifestyle questions during the REAF registration process will be stored on Eventbrite servers, subject to Eventbrite Privacy Policy.
