ROOM LOTTERY: Ticketing opens on THURS, October 1. Room Lottery tickets will be available through TUES October 20 for $10 (one per person). Lottery winners will be randomly chosen and emailed their hotel assignment and reservation link by MON October 26. Reservations must be made by SUNDAY, November 1. Room assignments are non-transferable. If you cancel, your room will go to our waiting list.
There are 2 main hotels plus 4 overflow hotels for lottery ticket holders. Information will be added as contracts are finalized.
THE HOTEL ITHACA: We have 160 rooms at The Hotel Ithaca, 222 S. Cayuga St ($159/night, free parking onsite or in Cayuga St. garage). The Dungeon, Littles Room, Swingers Playroom, and Socials will be at this hotel. 2-night minimum stay.
MARRIOTT HOTEL: We have 40 rooms at the Marriott on the Commons, 120 S. Aurora St. ($219/night plus tax, $12/night parking in Green St. Garage, or $30/night valet parking). Green St. Garage connects the Marriott and the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center (IDCC). We recommend this hotel for people with disabilities for ease of access to IDCC. No minimum stay.
CANOPY BY HILTON: overflow hotel, 10 rooms, 324 E. State St. ($299/night plus tax). 5-minute walk to IDCC. Some on-site parking, some nearby parking, or use Green St. Garage or Cayuga St. Garage. No minimum stay.
1) ORDER A ROOM LOTTERY TICKET. Ticketing opens on THURS, October 1. Room Lottery tickets will be available through TUES October 20 for $10 (one per person). When asked, choose your preferred hotel and room type. You MUST order your pass(es) when you order a Room Lottery ticket. However, you do not need a hotel room to attend this event!
2) MAKE A RESERVATION. Room Lottery Winners will receive an email by MON October 26 with an assigned hotel and a REAF booking link. Rooms MUST BE RESERVED through the booking link by SUN, November 1 or your room will go to someone else!
If you have problems booking through the link, email susie@rochestereroticartfest.org or call Susie at 315-677-9395. DO NOT CALL the hotels! They will tell you to contact Susie.
3) OVERFLOW: Non-Winners will receive info and booking links by MON, October 26 for the REAF room blocks at our overflow hotels. Overflow rooms are first come - first served for lottery participants. If there are remaining rooms in our blocks, links will be emailed to all attendees by SUN November 8.
4) WAITING LIST: Non-Winners will be added to our Hotel Waiting List. They will receive an email at least one week prior to REAF with booking links for available rooms. All Waiting List rooms are first come - first served.
