Big Changes for REAF!
Our next REAF will be held on April 9-11, 2027 in ITHACA NY. Sadly, we lost our hotel in Auburn due to their contract with the National Guard. After much searching, we have found a very welcoming home in downtown Ithaca, where we are buying out the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center (IDCC) AND The Hotel Ithaca!
Performances, Vending and Classes will be held in the Conference Center. Dungeon, Littles, Swingers and Socials will be at The Hotel Ithaca. The Conference Center and The Hotel Ithaca are a 5-minute walk from each other.
YOUR REAF PASS MUST BE VISIBLE ON YOUR UPPER BODY AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE CONFERENCE CENTER OR THE HOTEL.
PASSES: This is a complete conference center and hotel take-over. No one will be admitted to either building without a REAF pass. You do NOT have to reserve a hotel room to attend this event. Ticket sales will open October 1 and close on April 1. NO PASSES at the door!
ROOMS: Rooms are assigned through a hotel lottery (order by October 20). REAF will have 160 rooms at The Hotel Ithaca and 40 rooms at the Marriott on the Commons, plus room blocks at 4 overflow hotels. (See Hotel Details)
Room requests may be ordered through the REAF lottery system from THURS October 1 to TUES October 20. Room Lottery Winners will receive an email by MON October 26 with a hotel assignment and a REAF booking link. Rooms MUST BE RESERVED through the booking link by SUN November 1.
OVERFLOW HOTELS: Overflow room links will be emailed by SUN November 1 to those who participated in the room lottery. If there are remaining rooms in our blocks, links will be emailed to all attendees by SUN November 8.
