Vendor tables and booths are now available for the Rochester Erotic Arts Festival on April 14-16, 2023 at the Holiday Inn Auburn at 75 North St., Auburn NY 13021. After approving your application, we will send you instructions for making payment through Eventbrite. Your space is not reserved until payment is received!

Hotel rooms in the host hotel may be requested on your Eventbrite registration. Rooms will not be held or assigned until vending payment is made and hotel reservation is completed through our online booking link. Instructions will be sent with your Eventbrite confirmation email.

Ballroom Booths and Tables

Vendors in the Ballroom will be open Friday 6 - 12 pm and Saturday 11 am - 7 pm. The Ballroom will be locked at 12 midnight on Friday.

BOOTH: 8x10 space with up to 2 tables (8 ft x 30 in) and up to 2 passes. You may bring your own tables (up to 5 ft long), banners, or grid wall. $225

DOUBLE BOOTH: 8x20 space with up to 4 tables (8 ft x 30 in) and up to 2 passes. You may bring your own tables (up to 5 ft long), banners, or grid wall. $385

TABLE: one 8 ft by 30 inch table and up to 2 passes. $150


Community Info Tables

The Community Info tables must be manned for at least 8 hours of the 14 hours of vending (Fri 6 pm - 12 pm, Sat 11 am - 7 pm).

INFO TABLE: A 2 ft high-top table, 2 bar chairs and 1 Weekend Pass. $100


Your vending space is not reserved until you are approved and payment is received! 

All vending tables and booths include:

  • tables and chairs as described above, with white tablecloths
  • electricity
  • wireless internet access
  • 1 or 2 (2-day) passes to the festival (may purchase 1 additional pass at discounted rate)
  • listing in our program
  • your logo on our web site with a link to your web site
  • meals available onsite
  • REAF room rate at hotel

Set-up will take place on Friday from 2-5 pm. Vendors must keep their table staffed throughout the listed vending hours. We encourage vendors to cover their tables with a cloth when they are not there. The Ballroom will be locked overnight.

We can provide staff to man your table for a 15 minute break each day (sign-up during set up).

Donations for our Erotic Playground door prize table are welcome. We are a NYS non-profit corporation but we have not been granted federal 501c3 status, so donations are not tax deductible.
