Works must be labeled with title, artist’s name and price. We highly recommend that you transport your work in a suitable box with bubble wrap. You are responsible for unpacking your own work. Your packaging must be taken home with you.
Hand-deliveries will be accepted on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 5 to 7 pm OR Friday, April 19, 2024 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Holiday Inn Auburn in the lobby.
The Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to any pieces submitted; however, utmost care will be given to pieces received. Late or damaged work may not be exhibited.
Hand-delivered work may be picked up on Saturday, April 20, from 6:00-7:00 pm. Work may not be picked up before the closing of the exhibition. We will provide table space for you to pack your work. Any work not picked up will be donated to REAF unless prior arrangements were made for a later pickup.
