Works must be labeled with title, artist’s name and price. We highly recommend that you transport your work in a suitable box with bubble wrap. You are responsible for unpacking your own work. Your packaging must be taken home with you.
Hand-deliveries will be accepted on Thursday, April 8, 2027 from 6 to 8 pm OR Friday, April 9, 2027 from 10 am to 12 noon at The Hotel Ithaca, 222 S. Cayuga St., Ithaca NY.
The Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to any pieces submitted; however, utmost care will be given to pieces received. Late or damaged work may not be exhibited.
Hand-delivered work must be picked up on Saturday, April 10, from 6:00-7:00 pm. Work may not be picked up before the closing of the exhibition. We will provide table space for you to pack your work. Any work not picked up will be donated to REAF unless prior arrangements were made for a later pickup.
