Applications for vending tables and booths for 2025 REAF are now open. Vending spaces will be assigned and notifications sent on September 11, 2024 to approved vendors with instructions for payment through Eventbrite. Your space is not reserved until payment is received! Applications received after 9/10 will be processed on a space available basis.
Tables and booths include ONE vendor pass (2 for Double Booths). An additional pass may be ordered at a discount.
Hotel rooms may be requested on your Eventbrite registration. Rooms will not be held or assigned until vending payment is made and hotel reservation is completed. The hotel reservation link will appear at the bottom of your Eventbrite confirmation email.
Vendors in the Ballroom and Hallway will be open Friday 5 - 11 pm and Saturday 11 am - 7 pm. The Ballroom will be locked at 11 pm on Friday. Vendors in the Hallway should plan to box up their belongings (store in the Ballroom overnight).
BOOTH: 8x10 space with up to 2 tables and 1 pass. You may bring your own tables, tablecloths, banners, and/or grid wall. An additional pass may be ordered at a discount. $250
DOUBLE BOOTH: 8x20 space with up to 4 tables and up to 2 passes. You may bring your own tables, tablecloths, banners, and/or grid wall. An additional pass may be ordered at a discount. $450
TABLE: one 8 ft table and 1 pass. An additional pass may be ordered at a discount. $170

The Community Info tables must be manned for at least 8 hours of the 14 hours of vending (Fri 5 pm - 11 pm, Sat 11 am - 7 pm).
INFO TABLE: 2 ft hi-top table, 2 bar chairs and 1 WKD Pass. $100
GENERAL: All vending spaces come with tables & chairs, electricity and free wireless internet access. Vendors will be included in our program, on our web site, and on our app. Meals are available on site. No couponing or flyers except at your own table.
SET-UP: Set-up will take place on Friday from 12-3 pm. NO EARLY SET-UP. Vendors must keep their table staffed throughout the listed vending hours. We encourage vendors to cover their tables with a cloth when they are not there. The Ballroom will be locked overnight.
DOOR PRIZES: Donations for our Erotic Playground door prize table are welcome. We are a NYS non-profit corporation but we have not been granted federal 501c3 status, so donations are not tax deductible.
