
We are accepting prints of high quality original works that are creative, erotic and thought-provoking to be displayed and sold at the REAF Print Shop on April 10-11, 2026.
ENTRIES: Artists may submit 1 entry, with up to 3 pieces. There is no submission fee, and 100% of sale proceeds go to the artist.
DEADLINE: Submission deadline is February 1. Accepted Artists will be notified by February 12.
DELIVERY: Prints and stickers must be hand delivered on Thursday, April 9 or Friday morning, April 10.
SALES: Work will be exhibited on a display wall and sold by Print Shop volunteers for set prices, accepting cash or Venmo from buyers:
Large Prints (8x10): $18.52 + 8% NYS sales tax = $20.00
Medium Prints (5x7): $9.26 + 8% NYS sales tax = $10.00
Small Prints (4x6): $4.63 + 8% NYS sales tax = $5.00
Stickers: $4.63 + 8% NYS sales tax = $5.00
Artists are responsible for the cost of printing approved prints and stickers, up to 10 prints of each size for each unique approved work. You may include a business card to be displayed alongside your prints.
PICK-UP: Unsold prints and stickers must be picked up by the artist at 6 pm on Saturday, April 11. Unclaimed prints and stickers will be donated to the festival.
PAYMENT: Artists will receive payment for their sold works by April 30 through Venmo or check.
RELEASES: Artists must be 18 and over. Artists must certify that they possess a model release for photographs of any identifiable person. In addition, if nude or engaged in sexual activity, artists must certify that they possess a legible copy of valid ID proving model's age to be 18+. Entries that depict minors will NOT be accepted.
SECURITY: REAF and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prints and stickers.
PHOTOS: Cameras will be allowed at the event, but photos may not be used commercially or for festival publicity without the artist's permission.
