UPDATED COVID Policy: MASKS REQUIRED in all public areas. Up-to-date vax/boosters, daily rapid tests, and KN95 masks are strongly encouraged but not required for entry. If you feel ill, please stay home! See full Covid Risk Reduction Policy.
With the current levels of community transmission, you are potentially at risk of being exposed to COVID at any large or crowded event such as REAF. We strongly urge you to take responsibility to protect yourselves and each other during the festival with the measures below. Vaccination cards or test results are NOT required at the door.
MASKS: Masks are required in all public areas (classrooms, ballroom, atrium, elevators, hallways). Exemptions: restaurant, eating or drinking, pool, active dungeon players, swinger playrooms, presenters, performers, hotel staff. A KN95 mask gives the best protection for you and others around you. We will have a limited supply of KN95 masks available at the ticket table. Any kind of mask is better than no mask.
TESTS: Plan ahead to obtain and use a rapid test at home or in your hotel room each day of the festival, even if you feel fine. (Free rapid tests - order early: https://www.covid.gov/tests) If you develop symptoms before or during REAF, isolate and test right away. Full refunds available. While daily testing is not required, we highly encourage this and will enter those who do into a drawing for free passes to 2024 REAF.
VAX: Reduce your risks for serious illness and hospitalization by staying up-to-date with vax and the latest boosters.
AIR: High speed air filtration will be used in high traffic areas.
