Festival Vendors
The vending area at the festival is sold out for 2010. If you would like to be notified prior to the 2011 festival, please fill out a Vending Application and we will e-mail you when we are accepting applications.
All vending tables include:
- 6-foot table with tablecloth
- two chairs
- (2) 2-day passes to festival, and free admittance to Friday and Saturday evening events IF you are vending during those times
- listing in our program
- your logo on our web site with a link to your web site
- lunch and snacks may be purchased onsite
- discounts available at nearby hotels
Please let us know if you require space for equipment such as a massage chair or have other special needs such as electricity. Additionally, we may have studio space available to rent to photographers.
Vendors are invited to set up on Friday from 3-6 pm if they wish to vend during the Artist Reception Gala on Friday evening (7-10 pm). Otherwise, set-up will take place on Saturday morning from 8-11 am. The Harro East Ballroom is at ground level, and you may park directly in front of the building while unloading. Once you have unloaded, please move your car to one of the free parking lots nearby.
Vendors must keep their table staffed throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon to 6 pm. Friday evening is optional. We encourage vendors to pack their merchandise in boxes under the table or cover the table with a cloth when they are not there; there will be staff or security in the ballroom 24/7.
We will provide staff to man your table for a 15 minute break each afternoon (sign-up during set up).
