Vending Opportunities
at the Rochester Erotic Arts Festival
If you have applied to be a vendor at REAF 2012 and have not heard from us, please e-mail susie@rochestereroticartfest.org. We have been having some problems with our vendor application. Thanks!!
A limited number of vendor tables will be available for $130 at the Rochester Erotic Arts Festival at the Radisson Rochester Riverside Hotel. Vending Applications will be accepted until we are filled.
We encourage getting your application in early, as we expect to sell out. Your table is not reserved until you are approved and payment is received! We reserve the right to choose vendors that we feel fit in with the Festival.
All vending tables include:
- 6-foot table with tablecloth
- two chairs
- wireless internet access
- (2) 2-day passes to festival
- listing in our program
- your logo on our web site with a link to your web site
- meals are available onsite (purchase required by March 23!)
- discounted room rate at hotel
Please let us know if you require space for equipment such as a massage chair or have other special needs such as electricity.
Set-up will take place on Friday from 3-5 pm. Vendors must keep their table staffed throughout Friday evening, 7 -12 pm, and Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm. We encourage vendors to pack their merchandise in boxes under the table or cover the table with a cloth when they are not there; the vending areas will be locked overnight.
We will provide staff to man your table for a 15 minute break Saturday afternoon (sign-up during set up).
