IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCEPTED ARTISTS
Accepting Your Invitation
Congratulations! You have been accepted to exhibit your work at the Rochester Erotic Arts Festival! Your first step is to accept your invitation.
Planning to Attend the Festival?
- Each artist who attends the festival will receive a free, non-transferrable weekend pass.
- Purchase additional tickets online or at the door.
- Pre-order meals by March 23.
- Hotel discount is available until March 9.
- Discounted parking ($4) is available in the hotel parking garage when you mention REAF.
20% of the sale price of art will go to Rochester Erotic Arts, Inc. to support future festivals.
The Festival program will include thumbnails of the art, plus artist contact information.
Our 2012 Exhibiting Artists Online Directory includes artist name, statement, awards, e-mail, phone, and web address.
Photographs of any identifiable person must be accompanied by a model release. In addition, if nude or engaged in sexual activity, a legible copy of valid ID must be provided proving model's age to be 18+.
Cameras are allowed at the event, but photos may not be used commercially or for festival publicity without the artist's permission.
Loss or Damage: The Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to any pieces submitted; however, utmost care will be given to pieces received, including round-the-clock security. Shipped work that differs from work accepted will not be displayed unless previously approved.
