REAF 2026 will be held April 10-12, 2026 at the Holiday Inn, 75 North St., Auburn NY. Registration opens at 3 pm on Friday and 8 am on Saturday.
YOUR REAF PASS MUST BE VISIBLE ON YOUR UPPER BODY AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE HOTEL.

PASSES: This is a complete hotel take-over event. No one will be admitted to the hotel without a REAF pass. You do NOT have to reserve a hotel room to attend this event. Ticket sales will close on April 1 at midnight. NO PASSES at the door!
ROOMS: Holiday Inn room requests may be ordered through the REAF lottery system from THURS 1/8 at 10 am to SAT 1/10 at midnight. Room Lottery Winners will receive an email on SUN 1/11 with an assigned room and a REAF booking link. Rooms MUST BE RESERVED through the booking link by WED 1/14.
OVERFLOW HOTELS: REAF Overflow Hotel room block links will be emailed on SUN 1/11 to those who participated in the room lottery. Links will be posted for all attendees after WED 1/14.
